Simultaneous cut and seal system
Accurate temperature control creates high integrity seal
Easily retrofitted and simple maintenance
Reduced downtime and energy losses
An economical and safe alternative to traditional impulse sealing and cartridge heaters, the Low Voltage Heat sealing technology features a highly accurate, low-mass blade that conducts heat evenly along its axis to create high integrity seals for all types of application
As well as a precise temperature controller an individual power supply, the Low Voltage Heat (LVH) sealing system includes seal bar with thermal insulators to ensure that heat is conveyed directly to the sealing area rather than being dispersed into the surrounding environment. This means there is significantly less energy loss and greater heat concentration along the sealing blade. The mating anvil has been specially designed to facilitate strong seals and precise cuts.
As well as being designed into new bespoke machine builds, the LVH sealing system can be retrofitted to all horizontal and vertical packaging machines.
Our LVH sealing technology is suitable for: polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyester, polyvinylchloride, laminate, biodegradable and compostable films.
