What is it?
Our Hot Air Heat (HAH) sealing technology contains a hot air sealing head, opposing anvil profile, precise temperature controller and power transformer along with all power supply components.
The HAH sealing technology can be retrofit as a unit to existing customer machines, and can be supplied as a bundle of parts to new build machines; it is supplied with temperature controllers and power supply components specific to individual application requirements.
How does it work?
It can be used with any continuous heat sealing application (particularly suitable for polyethylene bag sealing) at linear speeds ranging up to 50.0 m/min.
The Hot Air Heat sealing system can be supplied in a selection of sizes and formats including different speed settings, different heated lengths and units can be supplied with cool airjet feature.
