What is it?

The Continuous Rotary Heat (CRH) sealing system features a rotary sealing wheel (instead of a seal bar), precise temperature controller and individual power supply.

How does it work?

The CRH sealing technology uses constant heat to deliver accurate control of temperature at the point of film sealing which ensures that only the minimum amount of heat and power is used. The precise temperature control produces strong, high integrity seals without generating fumes. The CRH system uses low voltage power making it safe and economical to use.

The CRH sealing technology can be used for bag making or seam sealing on both vertical and horizontal form, fill and seal machines and is also suited to conveyor systems.

Our CRH sealing technology is available in a wide range of size configurations and with numerous sealing profile and anvil combinations. It can be supplied as a retrofit module and also designed into new bespoke machine builds by our experienced application engineers.
